These are only technical improvements:

  • Developing more technological solutions.
  • Improving the operating principles that already exist.

When will the AI ​​revolution take place?

In recent years, companies and business people interested in AI have made significant investments in basic science. Despite this, there are still no prerequisites for a technological leap forward. The reasons are as follows:

  • Scientists have yet to fully understand how human intelligence works. Without solving this scientific problem, the simulation of human thought in a machine remains impossible.
  • The binary logic that is the foundation of modern computer technology cannot serve as a powerful foundation for AI. The implementation of advanced artificial intelligence in binary logic is difficult for technical reasons. It means that fully-fledged AI implementation will require computers of another design, different from current technological models.

The revolution in the creation of AI will be possible in two cases. The first: humanity will completely discover the basis of the biological processes of the human brain. The second: the conditions will be created to emerge a new technological basis for AI that will overcome the imperfections of current computers.

The latest advances in artificial intelligence are the result of advances made in the second path. First, it is the appearance of compact electronic devices, the power of which is sufficient to solve applied problems.

What are the trends in the development of AI?

Government agencies and private companies have been looking lately for ways to develop AI, but today we have reached a new stage of development: introducing new technologies. The economy faces the challenge of adapting advances in machine technology to everyday use. AI can solve characteristic tasks and perform routine operations, which can free up human resources for problems that require a creative approach.

Artificial intelligence will be part of business processes, and large companies are accelerating the emergence of this trend.
